Srinagar, Feb 03,: The family of the 13-year-old boy, Wamiq Farooq, who was killed by a police tear gas shell on Sunday, today rejected ex gratia relief offered by the government and alleged that doctors at the SKIMS had been bribed to record cardiac arrest as the cause of the victim’s death.
